What is the warranty on Xeric watches?
Every Xeric watch is backed by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing or mechanical defects.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our timepieces worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition items must be in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are Xeric watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday use and light splashes, though they are not intended for diving.
How do I care for my automatic movement watch?
Automatic watches are powered by the movement of your wrist. If not worn for 40+ hours, we recommend manually winding the crown 20-30 times to restart the movement.
